Flanagan Management Consultants (FMC) is a Dubai-based strategic advisory practice, established in late 2025 to consolidate over two decades of founder-led business expertise into a single, focused consultancy offering.
At the helm is a seasoned entrepreneur who has founded, built and scaled five distinct businesses across the UK across the property, construction, interiors and workplace sectors — each of which remains part of his shareholder portfolio today. FMC exists to serve those businesses and a select cohort of external clients with the same rigour, candour and strategic clarity that built them.
Operating from Dubai provides a world-class commercial platform — and meaningful tax efficiency — without compromising the depth of engagement with each client business.

Ventrolla
Founded in 1982, Ventrolla is the UK's foremost specialist in timber sash window renovation and draught-proofing. Ian Flanagan acquired the business from a PLC divestment in late 2020, recognising its timber window and door expertise as a compelling and complementary addition to the Property Services arm.

Spatial Property Group
Established as the parent umbrella vehicle for the group's property transformation and refurbishment interests, Spatial Property Group focuses on strategic acquisitions, asset management and residential development across key UK markets.

RFM Group made its first major acquisition with the purchase of HBM from Edinburgh — a long-established provider of insurance repair services based in Scotland, significantly expanding the group's geographic reach and service capability.
